Warfare Incorporated is a free application. You can play single player missions and maps, where you play against mobile device, or you can play multiplayer, against other Warfare Incorporated players. When playing multiplayer, you can play anonymously, or you can create an account with our Service, and your games and playing statistics will be recorded for public viewing (accessible via the Leaderboard button on the main screen of Warfare Incorporated), and your account name will earn a spot on the Warfare Incorporated leaderboard. At any time you may choose to play multiplayer games anonymously, or with a registered account.
If you wish to play multiplayer with an account, you will be asked to provide your email address. This email address is only used to communicate with you regarding your multiplayer account. It is not used for any other purpose. It is not shared publicly or with any third party service.
Information We Collect Automatically
We also collect some information automatically. When you play a multiplayer game, Warfare Incorporated will contact our multiplayer service. The service will log this request for diagnostic purposes only. It will contain the IP address that your mobile device is using to communicate with the multiplayer service.
How And Why We Use Information
Your email address is only used to communicate with you about your account. For example, recovering a lost password, or changing your password. It is not used for any other purpose.
Your IP address will only be used to diagnose Service problems should they arise.
Purposes for Using Information
We use information about you as mentioned above and for the purposes listed below:
- To provide our Services - for example, to provide the multiplayer leaderboard and game history;
- To further develop and improve our Services - for example by adding new features that we think our users will enjoy or will help them use the service more efficiently;
- To monitor and analyze trends and better understand how users interact with our Services, which helps us improve our Services and make them easier to use;

Information Shared Publicly
If you choose to make a Warfare Incorporated multiplayer account, the account name and the avatar that you choose will be publicly visible on the Leaderboard, accessible in the game from the main screen. You may choose to use an anonymous account name and avatar; that is up to you.
How Long We Keep Information
We will keep your Warfare Incorporated multiplayer account as long as you keep the account open.
Security
While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so, such as monitoring our Services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
Choices
You do not need to create a Warfare Incorporated account in order to play a multiplayer game. You can instead play anonymously.
If you have created an account and wish to delete it, please contact us and request that your account be deleted.
