The H-7 Dominion transforms into an Headquarters (HQ) allowing you to start a new base anywhere you want. It has strong armor but no weapons. Once transformed it cannot be remobilized by the player. The Dominion is available from the Vehicle Transport Station after completing the VTS upgrade from the Research Center.
