Set side allowed upgrades to upgrade types
Description :
Use this to specify which upgrades the side is allowed to research. Only these Upgrades will show the in the R&D panel.
NOTE: All upgrades are allowed by default if no 'Set Allowed Upgrades' action is specified.
Note : "Increased Bullpup Speed" is not currently used.
