Test Persistent Variable

Format :
Persistent variable 'text' is quantity

Description :
Use this condidtion to test whether a persisent variable is above, below, or equal to a value interest.

Example :
Persistent variable 'varTesting' is Exactly 4

Built-In Values :
There are a few built-in values that you can test for...

      $demo :
             0 - registered
             This can't really be used, as the demo version
             of the game can't play extra missions.!

      $difficulty :
             1 - easy, 2 - normal, 3 - hard
             For more information on difficulty, see this help topic.

      $grayscale :
             0 - grayscale, 1 - colour
             Doesn't make much difference really.!
